Together we create a courageous practice period in the middle of our daily routines. With the support of the group and teachers, we explore the open, grounded and wise heart in what it truly means to have a human animal body.

This Program consists of four daylong retreats, weekly classes, and up to four private meetings with the teachers during the program. All times listed are for the pacific time zone.
Cost: $950-$750 sliding scale. Donation based, work exchange and scholarships offered for those with lower incomes.
Prerequisites: At least three silent residential week-long mindfulness, insight or loving-kindness retreats within the last five years.
